Pastoral is a mixed-fermentation saison brewed w/ European & American hops. This beer underwent primary fermentation with saison yeast and brettanomyces and was further aged with our house mixed culture. Blonde in color with notes of hay, grass, tropical fruit, and spice with a mild acidity and dry finish
