Beer description
Murky yellow body, white head. Interesting aroma, citric, mildly phenolic, with light elder. The taste, however, is impressively fresh, flowery, with elder dominating everything - if there are esters and phenols given out by the yeast, they are underneath, but somehow it works, as a slightly less sweet, better-bodied and carbonated elderflower "juice". What can I say, I'm a sucker for elderflowers, and I liked them in this form, while my friend found the thing somewhat too sweet.
