“Local” is our version of the classic British bitter, brewed with only the finest quality ingredients like floor malted barley from Warminster maltings and hops from Charles Faram. We put the same care, attention and passion into the humble bitter as we do to our more esoteric creations. All our real ales are unfiltered and bottle conditioned the traditional way, to closest replicate the softness and freshness of drinking a cask beer at your local. This beer is suitable for vegans. It contains barley and wheat, but has had the gluten removed to <20ppm, and so is labelled as Gluten Free.
