Ouderkerks Goud - Pale Ale

Ouderkerks Goud Pale Ale is based on the American brewing style. We use three kinds of American hop, such as Cascade and Centennial giving the beer more bitterness and aroma. This makes the beer a bit more hoppy than the English Pale Ales. By adding extra Caramalt and significant quantity of Munchener there is a good balance in the malt profile. Ouderkerks Goud Pale Ale is the perfect companion for red meat and it gives a BBQ a golden edge.
