Beer description
Pale ale is a hop-flavoured and light-coloured top-fermented beer. There are many variations and styles that are characterised by their regions, such as Great Britain, Belgium and America.
Our interpretation of an American Pale Ale has a darker colour, as we mainly used Munich malt and CARAHELL® in addition to Pilsner malt. During the hop boiling process, we used the Cascade variety from German cultivation, which gives our pale ale its balanced bitter flavour. This is complemented by fruity and citrusy notes that are also reminiscent of the flavour of red fruits such as blackcurrant. The Cascade variety was also used for the additional dry hopping, which enhances the hop flavour.
