Beer description
Beer from spontaneous fermentation, where we added dark malts. The beer has aged for at least 2 years, some of which + 3 years, in our oak barrels. This results in an amber-coloured beer with a solid 9% alcohol. It has a fresh aroma of red fruit and in the taste the typical lambic notes with soft tones of roasted malt. An ideal beer towards the dark and cold winter months!
