Beer description
In Chinese mythology, Panggu was the first man, born from chaos, who carved out the world’s valleys, stacked up its mountains, and pushed apart heaven and earth. Inspired by Panggu’s understanding of duality and of raw primordial nature, we’ve created a two-part series of mixed-fermentation ciders in collaboration with our friends from Graft in NY’s Hudson Valley. This first one features a combination of two fruits: freshly-pressed red apples and hawthorn berries conditioned for three months on french oak that formerly held Cabernet Sauvignon. The end result is a beautiful blend of flavors including crisp apple, red berries, vanilla and honey rounded off by a pleasantly tart-dry finish.
