Beer description
Based on an English Strong Yorkshire Ale, the result was a beer with caramel in the nose and a heavy roasted malty taste, some dark chocolate and delicate ale fruitiness, rounded off with a good dose of English hops. Full-bodied, heavy. Goldings hops finish with a strong bitterness.
