Beer description
This delicious sour presents a harmony between yeast and lactic acid. Passion fruit, mango, and pineapple puree is added at the end of fermentation to give this brew a fruity finish that is balanced with sea salt. Papi Mango is hopped with Magnum and Sorachi Ace and malted with pale, wheat and oats.
