Parallel 49 Brewing Company - Crown Jewels

Pours cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tons of wood, some moderately abrasive whiskey, dark dried fruits and caramel. Flavour is dominated by the barrel even more, with shit tons of whiskey and wood, with plenty of dark fruits and caramel still providing a backbone. Boozy but not in a distasteful way.
