Beer description
This 100% Brettanomyces pale ale was hopped with local Nugget and German Hallertau Blanc and fermented with six unique Brettanomyces strains in stainless, racked to French oak barrels and refermented with peaches by the resident microbes. The barrels were blended back together to combine the wild, Brett-derived aromas and the delicate peach character. Hazy gold with a fruit-forward nose with tropical, cantaloupe and peach orchard aromas and a slight oaky-leathery background. Lightly acidic with notes of peach skin and vanilla and a drying, herbal finish. This beer is unfiltered and conditioned in the bottle with an additional Brett strain that will continue to evolve so please pour gently.
