Beer description

Jalisco is a mixed-culture sour ale aged in tequila barrels for six months, conditioned on ruby red prickly pears – also known as the cactus pear – for three months, and bottle conditioned with agave nectar. This beautifully vibrant, candy red beer has fruity notes of watermelon, strawberry, raspberry, kiwi, passion fruit, and hibiscus, along with a puckering juicy tartness, herbal agave aroma, and grassy and earthy tequila character.
