Beer description
Juicy cherry aroma with white grape esters and some background wildness from blend of Brettanomyces and the local microflora from the Okanagan to complement the fruit. Cherry skin, almonds and some oaky spice dominate while the beer’s medium acidity keeps a clean, tart finish.
