Beer description
Paranal Sunset is a seriously tropical phenomenon – this is another of our NEIPA showcasing what indigenous Neomexicanus hops can do when paired with the right fruity tones. Here highly expressive indigenous variety Zappa, recovered from the wild in New Mexico, meets a New Zealand celebrity of a hop, Motueka. Together they boom with the aromas of ripe apricots and mango with a touch of tobacco, oak and earthy bitterness. Supported by a velvety base of Pale Ale malt with oats and wheat adding some toasty sweetness, this provides for a unique drinking experience where two parts of the New World meet in the tanks of a brewery from the land of old beer traditions.
