"Parfums Exotiques" is the best of New Zealand hops, in a Double version!
After our "Je Plonge et Nage en Plein Azur", our NEIPA DDH with New Zealand hops, we decided to go one step further by brewing a Double IPA with 100% New Zealand hops!
For this, we called on a supplier of choice, Freestyle Hops, to source the best batches of Waimea and Nelson Sauvin, 2 of our favorite New Zealand hops.
