Parish - Braincake

A devilish juxtaposition of two Parish classics, Ghost and Canebrake, yields Braincake, a double IPA that combines everything they love about both (the hops and the wheat) in a single brew. With a triple wheat malt profile of wheat malt, wheat flakes, and unmalted wheat, Braincake envelops the tongue with a feather-light, velvety mouthfeel. Aromas of sweet berry cake waft from a generous dry-hopping of Strata, Citra, and Cashmere with a clean tropical finish of bright mango and guava.
