Pasieka Trójniak Herbowy

Pours a clear straw blonde. Nose reveals mild herbal notes upfront that mix nicely with treacly honey nectar. Flavour is a bit harsh, with high perfumey alcohols upfront, followed by sweet honey nectar, and subdued herbal notes. A little harsh and perhaps lacking the depth of some other products by this producer. But it’s quite lovely.
