Our luxurious full bodied Leann Folláin extra Irish stout was matured for over 200 days in Irish Whiskey ex Bourbon barrels and then bottle conditioned to provide a natural, soft carbonation. During the maturation process, the dark chocolate flavours and well balanced bitterness of the stout married beautifully with the essence of the whiskey and oak from the casks.
