Paulistania - Patio do Colegio

Patio do Colegio is a Tripel-style beer traditionally made in European monasteries and pays homage to the first religious missions in Brazil that gave rise to the city of Sao Paulo. It is a beer with personality, fruity aromas and flavors, smooth and clean hop bitterness, with the addition of cardamom that brings citrus and spicy notes. Good company for pork, cheese fondue, risottos and pasta with pesto sauce.
