Beer description
In Wales the "Paumell" means "barley", this cereal is essential for the production of beer. Our beers are neither pasteurised nor filtered.
They are brewed and bottled at the Brasserie de la Paumell in Saint Ouen-la-Rouërie. The yeast deposit is natural and due to the fermentation in the bottle.
