Paumell Azacca

This beer has a pale pale blond colour and an abundant, persistent and airy white head. The nose is fruity with citrus and fruit notes (apricot, peach), and light malty notes. The nose is very aromatic and interesting for such a light beer. On the palate, we discover a fruity beer reminiscent of yellow fruit and slightly acidic with a very light texture. Longer in the mouth than one might think with its 2.5%, it is quite round with a very nice balance between malt and hops. The bitterness is medium and pleasantly welcome.
