Beer description
This Ruée vers l'hop has a black colour and an abundant but not very persistent foam of caramel colour. On the nose, we find what characterizes a good black beer, namely aromas of toasted, roasted cereals and coffee. Here, we also discover a little spicy side and frank notes of hops which bring a little freshness and citrus fruit notes. On the palate, the texture is quite light. We find the malty side, roasted cereals, coffee and a light acidity. It has a good length in the mouth with a bitterness that lingers quite long.
