This unique special release features our house saison, barrel-fermented in our Reserve cellar and conditioned with local pawpaws. Bursts of flavor from this unique Midwestern tropical fruit are complemented by wild, funky farmhouse esters and liberated by sparkling bubbles only found in bottle-conditioned ales.
