Pax Bräu - Bière d‘Abbaye Double

The Pax Double is inspired by beers like Rochefort 8 and Westvleteren 8. Its color is intended to be copper to chestnut, with aromas leaning towards dried fruit. Its heavy body clearly says: "I am a strong beer!". As is common with Belgian beers, an alternative sugar source is used for second fermentation. In this case, it is honey. To make things even more interesting, coriander is also added.
