Pax Bräu - Big Ben²

Big Ben² is brewed in honor of a friend who loved wheat beers. Deep brown with ruby reflections, as warm as his personality. In the nose, banana, caramel and fresh bread dance, accompanied by a nutty wink. In the mouth, it appears soft, malt-focused and warming, like a hug after the second round. With 7.2% ABV, it brings just the right amount of strength to tell stories – and enough charm to make them sound a little more beautiful. A beer that reconciles, comforts, and connects.
