Beer description

Almost lavish quantities of hops were used for the Cissy. Around 650g/hl compared to 100g/hl for Pax Vollbier. Nevertheless, Cissy surprises the connoisseur with a well-rounded overall impression. Copper-colored, slightly opal in appearance. Tangerine, grapefruit with a hint of vanilla and raspberry on the nose, as well as the massive bitterness and a touch of smoke on the palate are particularly outstanding features.
