The 2021 Pêchillant vintage is a beautiful combination of fermented apples, peaches, raspberries and a bit of leftover beer from Baghavens sour beer production. Pêchillant is a super refreshing petnat with all the peachy notes you could ever imagine, a bit of sweetness from the raspberries and some contrasting bitterness from the hops.
