Cervecera Península - Haze & Stuff

Aroma: powerful aromas of fresh piney and resiny hops, hints of passion fruit, tropical fruits, fruits, citrus. The aromas fades away quite quickly. Appearance: pale yellow to light hay/straw color with perfectly white and very fluffy head made of medium to big bubbles, high head thickness, medium retention, medium Brussels' lacing, high haziness. Taste: low to medium sweetness, low to medium bitterness, very low sourness. Flavors of pine, resin, grapefruit, passion fruit, fruits, citrus. Hints of pineapple in the aftertaste. Balance is slightly toward the sweetness, but very well balanced overall.
