Beer description
Rustic Saison recipe brewed with wheat & corn & fermented with a house-mixed culture of a Saison strain and multiple Brett cultures. Towards the end of conditioning in a stainless fermenter, we dry-hopped the beer with Experimental 17712 hops from HopSteiner for subtle berry & vanilla undertones.
