Penrose Brewing - Single Barrel Caves -- Global Brew

Penrose and the Global Brew Crew teamed up for a special Barrel-aged offering on this Imperial Stout. The beer was laid to rest for over 18 months in 30 gallon barrels from Whiskey Acres for an extremely velvety wood character that reminds of vanilla beans, marshmallow fluff and holiday fudge. A truly one of a kind offering that layers a sweet bourbon warmth and chocolate malt notes in a drinkable parfait.
