Beer description
Bottled in Feb. of 2015, early Penrose beers accented sour notes and complexity of flavor. The Four Roses barrel aged imperial stout is surprisingly light bodied, with sour notes up front, finishing with the deep coffee you would expect from an Imperial stout, and the caramel notes from the Four Roses barrels... a wild ride!
