Beer description
A Sour Blonde Ale Aged in Oak Neutral Wine
Barrels for a year on house souring cultures. The
beer is then blended and aged for an additional
12-months to welcome your senses into a firm acidic base that highlights apri-plum notes above layers of rose petal and currant. Mild wood tannins round the body and provide a gentle structure for the plum flavors to rest upon.
