Beer description
A perfectly balanced sweet and sour Gosé brewed using Maris Otter and Arizona White Wheat from Grain R&D in Queen Creek. A touch of Crystal Hops were used for a little bittering, sea salt and coriander during the brew and we then added Cherry purée following the brew. Sweet, sour, tart and deliciously cherry all at the right combination.
