Pretentious Barrel House - Percolator Latte

We added vanilla bean and lactose to "Percolator", our coffee sour. Thanks to Jason at Thunderkiss Coffee, this beer has new life under its own name. We selected five different roasts to hit all our favorite coffee notes: light and fruity to sweet and chocolaty. Dark sour barrels skewed towards oak and sweetness were chosen to help balance the roast of the coffee.
