Perennial Artisan Ales - Weird Era Blend #1

Weird Era is our 3 year blend of spontaneously fermented lambic inspired ales. Mashed with pilsner malt and unmalted wheat, it was boiled for three hours with aged whole cone hops before being cooled overnight in our coolship and transferred into French Oak barrels the following morning. A poignant gaze into time and place, this beer showcases three specific nights in South City St. Louis. This blend is comprised of twenty-fire percent three year old, fifty percent two year old, and twenty-five percent one year old lambic inspired oak fermented ales. Packaged into green glass bottles on November 19th 2021, this beer will continue to develop and age gracefully over a number of years.
