Single hop Elixir bio When the latest generation of Alsatian hops crosses an English yeast in a full-bodied blond! The grain and hops come from an Alsatian production chain. A first intense nose of passion fruit and citrus fruits. In the mouth there is a very nice balance between velvetiness, tropical fruits and citrus fruits, power and bitterness. Very nice local raw materials are honored in this beer.
