Like Zeus betraying Hera, this beer is a con-man, tricking you with a lager yeast. This brew is fermented at an ale temperature birthing demi-gods of esters to combat the untraditionally dark malt and the bitterness that comes from Zeus’s boiling actions. Zeus will rain down lightning and leave you with the smokiness of the empty battlefield. This brew has a vortex of smoke, fruit and bitterness. Caused from smoked beech wood, lager yeast esters, Zeus and Citra hops. The aroma is a mixture of smokiness and ripened fruit.
