Beer description
A blend of Balaton and Montmorency cherries from Traverse City, Michigan, A Belgian brown base, and 3 hand selected bacteria yeast strains by the brew team to create a very rare and limited release sour. Laid down in fresh oak barrels for over a year and found that perfect balance of taste between our favorite sweet and sour candy as it aged. It’s light on the tongue with a refreshing burst of cherry and fruit flavors balancing subtle hints of oak and tannins that rounds out the flavor profile
