Beer description
We used three different types of chocolate including cocoa nibs to sweeten up this Milk Stout. What is Milk Stout you ask? Well, the word milk refers to the addition of lactose sugar to the fermentation process. The yeast will eat the sugar from the malt, but leaves the lactose sugar alone, creating a milky sweetness. This beer is a disco and your tongue is the dance floor. Bust a move.
