This South German Style Bernsteinfarbenes Weizen (amber colored wheat beer) is similar to a traditional Heffeweizen with a darker rich amber color and hints of caramel and bready notes. This beer was brewed using 100% German ingredients and over 60% wheat malt for a smooth creamy finish with light notes of banana and clove from heffeweizen yeast.
