Beer description
For every pint sold we will donate one dollar to Gilda's Club of Grand Rapids. This saison is made with a Saison Dupont yeast blend. One yeast strain lends to aromatics while the other finishes the beer to a low gravity. We used a low temperature acid test to increase acid levels and added a load of Michigan Montgomery Cherries. There was no temperature control while this was in the germ, and when she settled out we dry hopped it with rose petals
