Perrin - I am the Gatekeeper

This Gose was brewed in collaboration with Joseph Johnson for the Beer City Brewers Guild ProAm festival. We chose to explore the balance between Mango, Habaneros and Pink Himalayan Salt to create a harmonious blend of fruit sweetness supported by an approachable heat character.
