This mind opening Imperial Red Ale comes from our Brewer's Series project which allows our brewers to give life to the experimental and extraordinary ideas they dream up. The aromatics in this IRA will blast you in the face with dank, piney, citrus, resin notes that were derived from a plethora of hops including the use of Hop Hash (fortified hop goodness). While this is the ultimate beer for hop heads, the use of puffed wild red rice and roasted hemp seeds creates a smooth, crisp and unique malt backbone balancing this truly creative hop monster.
