Perrin - Quadwood

Quadwood is our fourth installment of the brewer's Cooper's Series. This Belgian Quadrupel is a deep redish brown with complex dark fruit aromatics and deep malt notes of figs and raisins that blend into a yeast that delivers fresh apple while soft tannins of fresh oak finish this masterpiece. Quadwood is inspired by the men of the cloth who would use this high gravity Trappist ale for sustenance while fasting through Lent. These men mastered two things, praying and brewing. We've master one...drinking it.
