Perrin - Rollin' Coal Stout

Next in our Perrin Brewers Series is Rollin’ Coal Russian Imperial Stout from Jacob Cutler. Dark roasted malts combined with molasses give this beer a full body, with dark fruit, plum & raisin notes and a color that is as dark as the smoke rolling out of your diesel truck. We added five pounds of Chicory root to combine chocolate and coffee notes creating a full flavored stout.
