Perrin - She's So Wee Heavy

Scotch Ale's are more heavy and stronger than the traditional Scottish Ale. This style has a very malty character and is usually full-bodied, with color ranging from a coppery to a dark brown. Kettle caramelization flavors and rich malt aromas and flavors evoke a caramel, nutty character. Many Wee Heavy styles have examples of roasty flavors and hints of smokiness.
