Perrin - Single Origin

Perrin proudly partners with and thanks Uncommon Coffee Roasters for this wildly unique collaboration. We brewed a special batch of ale and added Sumatra beans of the Rasuna variety from the North Sumatran province of Sidikaland, Indonesia. These beans were grown at an elevation of 1,500 meters above sea level, spring harvested and sun-dried naturally to produce complex and sweet strawberry syrup esters progressing into tropical fruit and finishing with notes of kiwi, adding a tart acidity.
