Beer description
Fruit and honey cooombine to give you the double-headed pleasure that is Uncle Louis’ Cocktail. We hand processed a thousand pounds of Michigan fruit, paired it with hundreds of pounds of Michigan honey, then
added three different strains of yeast. This flesh-colored, beer/mead hybrid (mead makers would call this a
braggot but we beer producers call it honey beer) brings girthy flavors of peach, pear, cherry and nectarine to the forefront. We can only hope that this beer will bring two people together like Uncle Louis used to do.
