Pés na água senhoras e senhores! Or feet in t water ladies and hreren. Summer time is here again! So time for refreshment. This month we looked for refreshment in the Brazilian corner with this Catharina Sour. A sour style that originated in the south of Brazil, traditionally brewed with wheat, kettle soured and filled with fruit! This year we chose plums (including from our own farm)! With only 4.8% a real thirst quencher!
