Beer description
Meadowfoam, Virginia Wildflower Honey and Petit Verdot Grapes fermented with Philly Sour yeast and finished on Petit Verdot grape skins.
Philly Sour Yeast produces Lactic Acid during fermentation which added a unique sour/drying characteristic to this pyment. We finished this mead in a semi-sweet state so as to accentuate these characteristics.
